Hi, my name is Bruce Pahl. I am a certified personal trainer, holistic nutrition coach, and martial arts instructor with decades of practical experience in strength training, functional exercise, nutrition, martial arts, and nutritional supplementation.
I work with both men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
As a "seasoned" trainer, I possess a deep understanding of the unique requirements and aspirations of individuals over 40. With years of experience under my belt, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals effectively and safely.
