Sessions & Packages

Single Sessions

SINGLE SESSIONS - $60

Purchase sessions as needed with no expiration date; each session lasts 45 minutes and can be used at your convenience, either at home or at Triangle Fitness in Kernersville.

Personal In-Home Training (Your Home or Mine):

  • Initial assessment of goals and physical limitations
  • Customized strength-based workout routine tailored to available equipment
  • Instruction on proper form, technique, reps, sets, and weight amounts
  • Stretching and foam rolling
  • If weight loss is your primary goal please check out the Diet Typing or Health Coaching programs 

Personal Training at Triangle Fitness, Kernersville:

  • Purchase sessions with no expiration date. The gym guest fee is included. 
  • Customized workout routine aligned with your goals
  • Instruction on strength training equipment and functional exercises
  • High-intensity training (HIT) for efficient and effective results
  • Guidance on weight selection, form, technique, and intensity
  • A workout log is provided for tracking progress

Why HIT? HIT ensures muscle building, strength improvement, bone density enhancement, and sustainable weight loss. With just 2 to 3 thirty-minute sessions per week, HIT offers rapid results compared to traditional volume-based training requiring 3-5 sessions of 45 minutes to an hour each week."

 
 
 
Semi-Private Training - $85

Grab a friend to train with and only pay $42.50 per person! The Gym guest fee is included. 

Where Do We Train?

Personal training sessions are available by appointment, offering the flexibility of conducting sessions at your home or Triangle Fitness, conveniently located at 905 Old Winston Rd, Kernersville, NC. Membership is not required to train with me at this facility.

Equipment options may vary based on availability. Training at Triangle Fitness offers a wider range of equipment and exercise variations compared to home sessions.

However, it's important to note that home training can still be effective. The convenience of working out at home or at a health club can greatly enhance consistency. Sometimes, time constraints make it challenging to travel to the gym, but even a brief 15 to 20-minute home workout can be beneficial in maintaining momentum toward your fitness goals.

When Is Training Held?

Personal training is by appointment only

Monday - Friday early morning or after 3pm

Anytime Saturday
